Mary Ann Rosa Latin Dance Connection

Mary Ann Rosa has danced professionally for 35+ years. She started the Latin Dance Connection with her late
husband Luis Rosa in 2000. She competed, performed and taught all over the world specializing in Latin hustle,
salsa, and theater arts.  Hustle champion and Feature dancer in televised events and film such as the Christina
Show and Summer of Sam.  She was Inducted into the Hustle Hall of Fame, Lifetime Achievement Division and
Received the Hustle Hall of Fame award in 2011. Mary Ann choreographed and organized adult and children’s
dance teams. Performed alongside many 70s and freestyle recording artists such as the Village People, Carol
Williams,  and Deney Terrio at such venues such as The Patchogue Theater, Lehman Theater, The Poconos and Atlantic City. Mary Ann continues to be active in the dance community as an event planner, promoter, instructor, performer and choreographer.  Mary Ann's goal is to continue what Luis and her started and share her passion and love for dance. Mary Ann has a doctorate in health practice and combines that with professional dancing to help others gain the health benefits of dance along with having the time of their lives.

Eliott & Marie Acosta
Treasure Coast Hustle Association

Professional dance hustle instructor Eliott Acosta first learned to dance the hustle at the age of
17 in New York City. He attended Dale Dance Studio. Eliott ended up teaching at the same Studio.
Shortly after he joined the competitive community.  In 2010 he establish the Treasure Coast
Hustle Association. Eliott & Marie remain active in teaching Latin Hustle and events including
the 2014 fundraiser event Fort Pierce Police Athletic League Pal Program, the 2016 Dancing
with the Martin Stars,  and the 2017 and 2018 Peace, Love, and Ballroom Dancing with a
Star for Alzheimer's and Dancing with a star for military vets

Drew Axelrod
World Disco Classic

Drew originally started dancing latin hustle during his college years in Chicago, Miami and Los
Angeles from 1975 thru 1980. Many years later when disco music and hustle dancing revived,
he became more involved in the hustle community and ventured up to New York City to attend
the first Hustle USA dance competition. In 1999 and 2000, he successfully produced World
Disco Classic in Fort Lauderdale at the Marina Marriott, which was sponsored by Salsoul Records,
TK Disco Records and the Miami Hustle Club. Also, being a lifelong sailing enthusiast, Drew
decided to take his hustle event out to sea as a national dance cruise. From 2003 to 2009,
the Hustle Dance Cruise (Hustle into Paradise) sailed on Carnival, Royal Caribbean and Costa
Cruise Lines to many far away tropical islands. With 30 years of event planning experience,
Drew was also co-founder of the Stardust Ballroom Dance Cruises.
